Ukraine will not agree to any interim or “hybrid” accession options to the EU. “We are conveying a very simple thing: no substitutes for full membership. Please do not add adjectives to the word ‘membership’, do not offer any hybrid variants, any kind of half-membership in the European Union — Ukraine will not accept that,” said Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Georgiy Tikhyy.
