Polish men start receiving mobilization cards

In Poland, men are being sent cards that specify their unit and reporting location; reservists, doctors, IT specialists, logisticians and other civilian experts receive them. The Polish army says it is a routine annual procedure, and failure to appear after a mobilization call can lead to criminal prosecution.
