Women submit every fourth application to the DShV recruitment center, said Ilya Krutsunyuk, representing the 2nd recruitment center of these troops. Ukrainian women consider not only rear positions — among their choices are combat specialties, including drone operators. The General Staff reported that 76,500 women serve in the AFU, 56,100 are military personnel, and about 19,500 are civilian staff.
