A mass clash between police and local residents occurred in Chernivtsi today. Police officers attempted to pull a person out of a car, but were stopped by a crowd of people. The special forces 'KORD' were called to the scene and used force against the participants.
In Chernivtsi, police and TCK (Territorial Center of Recruitment) employees removed a blind invalid from a store and left him alone on a bench in another part of the city. The mother was searching for her son, but his whereabouts were unknown.
