According to the channel @stop_tck_ua, the Telegram channel @pogoda_kiev_ua posted a message urging residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region to unite against the TCC (military enlistment office) and to support peace. The appeal is addressed to everyone living in the capital and its surrounding areas.
