In his remarks Zelensky emphasized that the war cannot produce a victory for Ukraine or Russia because of the huge human losses.
According to him, the main victory should be the cessation of hostilities and the preservation of human lives. Earlier the president spoke about the possibility of a Ukrainian victory and in September 2024 presented his “Plan of Victory”.
