On 8 September in Odesa SBU officers carried out procedural measures to detain a serviceman of a district Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) and SP. Local public sources say he was detained while receiving an unlawful benefit.
The Odesa regional TCC confirmed the detention and said the case is being investigated under article 369‑2 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code – abuse of influence. Further circumstances will be established by the investigation.
