According to MP Yuriy Kamelchuk, Ukraine loses 10–15 billion UAH each year due to “grey schemes” in the fuel market, and about 400 billion UAH may be hidden at customs.
Kamelchuk says that instead of tightening control, authorities, citing the budget deficit, propose saving measures and new tax rules, especially on parcels from abroad.
