MP Yuriy Pavlenko said that the deputies’ voting system “through a smartphone” raises legitimacy concerns. He said the mechanisms for legitimising such voting need further work so that decisions cannot be overturned by the Constitutional Court.
Pavlenko also stated that moving the Verkhovna Rada to another region is impossible and contradicts Ukraine’s Constitution.
