In the Kyiv region, according to the prosecutor's office, a serviceman repeatedly beat civilians during a notification. The head of the TCC department, who was aware of the incidents, did not inform law‑enforcement authorities and has also been placed under suspicion.

In the Chernihiv region, the same serviceman broke a man's arm and attempted to force him to the TCC, although police found no legal basis for mobilization. The victim sustained moderate injuries.
