According to the Ukrainian women, the conflict began when they moved forward in the cabin while other passengers were retrieving items from the overhead bins.
The man started insulting them and, when asked to calm down, replied: “Speak Polish. You are in Poland… Ukraine.” The incident occurred in the air.
