Every weekday at 09:00, traffic in central Kyiv will be stopped for one minute. Eighteen traffic lights in the Khreshchatyk area will synchronously switch to a “all‑red” mode, forming part of a daily minute of silence for fallen defenders.
The action will be cancelled during an air‑raid alert. After successful implementation at central intersections, officials plan to expand the initiative to other districts of the city.
