According to Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets, the man was detained near his home without a protocol, his phone was taken and he was taken to the recruitment center (TCC) for a military conscription check. He presented birth certificates for his five children and a deferment in “Reserve+”, but the deferment record later disappeared from the system.
After the Ombudsman’s Office intervened, his phone was returned and he was released. The circumstances of the missing deferment information are to be clarified by the relevant authorities.
