“Either stay or leave”: Rarogu combatant on draft evaders
Combatant “Rarogu” (callsign “Georgian”) said citizens must stay in Ukraine and fulfill their duty or leave, highlighting a contradiction in the ability to exit.
Combatant “Rarogu”, known by the callsign “Georgian”, stated: “If you evade, you hide – you have no place in this country”. He said citizens should either remain in Ukraine and perform their duty or depart.
He added that if a person wants to leave Ukraine, they may be denied exit, meaning the choice is offered formally but the practical possibility to use it does not exist.
