The SBU, together with the DBR and National Police, blocked seven new schemes to evade mobilization and detained 18 organizers.
Cases include fictitious enrollment in military units with monthly extortion in Kyiv, illegal border crossing through a Protestant pastor in Bukovina, sale of fake VLK certificates by a TCC employee in the Prykarpattia region, and schemes in other regions involving disability registration and fictitious employment to obtain bookings.
