Ukrainian military blogger Stanislav Bunyatov, callsign “Osman”, said that in a number of Ukrainian Armed Forces units fuel norms have been reduced by roughly half due to a shortage of fuel supplies.

He urged a check of fuel distribution and possible abuses; if confirmed, such limits could affect the supply of units carrying out combat tasks.
