Territorial Recruitment Center reform set in government plan, Ministry of Defence to implement

The reform of Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) has been identified by the government as a priority. This was announced by Elena Shulyak, head of the relevant parliamentary committee.

According to her, the reform strategy is already developed at the government level, and the Ministry of Defence must now move to its implementation. Expected changes include digitising TCC operations and shifting focus to recruitment rather than compulsory conscription for training and service.
