Former deputy head of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) Anatoliy Chornyi and one of his subordinates, accused of beating and abusing conscripts, were released on bail and continue serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Two other suspects remain in custody. The Ivano‑Frankivsk appellate court left the decision unchanged. According to investigators, Chornyi beat the recruits. He was charged on 21 November 2025, with a penalty of up to 12 years imprisonment.
