In the Chernigiv region the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) mobilised a man who survived torture by Russian forces in 2022.
According to his sister, Nikolai Kulichenko managed to dig himself out of a grave where he was dumped with two other soldiers and has now returned to military service.
