The High Anti-Corruption Court has again left Yermak free. The court decided not to change the preventive measures, and Yermak remains free under a bail of 140 million and with an electronic bracelet.

Yermak's defense insisted that the suspicions against him were unfounded and asked to lift the preventive measures altogether. The prosecution, in turn, demanded an increase in the bail amount.

However, the court decided not to change its previous decision and left everything as it was. This decision was perceived as a classic situation in cases of this kind.
