The 'Shakals' channel, associated with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has resumed its operation and invites users to follow updates. In addition to its main content, the channel offers a group system where users can discuss current topics, communicate, and inform each other about important events.

The group system is implemented by region, allowing users to connect with people from their area. The list of regions includes Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Chernivtsi.

Users can also anonymously share information about the location of the TCK through the @AlertUA_robot bot. This allows citizens to contribute to public safety and awareness.
