In the city of Lutsk, an employee of the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) entered into a confrontation with a driver, the Telegram channel @stop_tck_ua reports. The serviceman said he had suffered more than ten concussions and, when the driver asked to keep the conversation calm, responded with harsh profanity and personal insults.

The driver pointed out that he had not been stopped by authorities. In response, the TCC employee threatened: “If I stop you, you’ll lose control, boy.” When the driver emphasized that he was already speaking Ukrainian, the employee replied with a derogatory remark urging him to “go defend your language,” using vulgar language.

Details of the confrontation

According to the material posted on the channel, the exchange unfolded as a back‑and‑forth dialogue. The TCC employee cited his injuries as a justification for his aggressive tone but continued to direct offensive remarks at the driver. The driver, noting the lack of an official stop, attempted to de‑escalate, yet the employee persisted with threats.

Context of TCC operations during mobilization

Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support are military units responsible for conscription, registration and support of reservists under Ukraine’s mobilization law. Staff at TCCs have authority to verify documents, summon citizens for military service and process deferments. The ongoing large‑scale conflict has placed considerable pressure on these centers, which can affect personnel stress levels. Nonetheless, the use of abusive language and threats toward civilians is prohibited by law and may trigger internal investigations.
