A message posted on the Telegram channel @stop_tck_ua includes a series of unverified statements about the condition of Ukraine's armed forces, upcoming mobilization measures and foreign relations.
Content of the message
According to the channel, the president of Ukraine and the "authorities" allegedly cling to power and refuse to hand over responsibilities. The post claims that the country lacks anti‑missile systems, that intelligence data are "inadequate", and that the Starlink satellite service may soon be discontinued. It further alleges that European allies in the EU and NATO, as well as the United States and South Korea, are planning to reduce or end their assistance.
The message mentions possible shifts in the positions of Germany and France depending on election outcomes, and cites criticism from Polish media. It states that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ZSU) have purchased 150,000 sets of women's uniforms, which are expected to be widely used by late spring, and that conscription numbers will be lowered. The authors also accuse senior officials of embezzling large sums of money.
Warnings are issued about a potential genocide of women and children within a year, about an alleged settlement of the country by people of another ethnicity, and about Europe resuming purchases of Russian gas after the conflict ends. The post ends with a call to create district‑based groups in chats, to publish data about TCC and other "demons", and to unite for the "elimination" of the mentioned individuals.
Context of mobilization and military preparation
In Ukraine, mobilization is governed by the Law on Mobilization (2014), which defines the procedure for calling up citizens for military service during an armed conflict. Territorial Centers of Recruitment (TCC) serve as official military enlistment offices, handling registration, issuance of draft notices, deferments and tracking of military‑age citizens.
Procurement of uniforms and equipment for the armed forces is part of annual supply programmes, but official figures on the quantity of women's uniforms have not been confirmed by state authorities. Adjustments to conscription levels are also decided by the government based on the armed forces' needs.
All statements presented in the Telegram post remain unverified and are not corroborated by Ukrainian official sources.
