According to Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets, a man was held for seven days in the 1st department of the Stryi TCC and SP in Zhydachiv. During this time, he was not allowed to contact either relatives or a lawyer.
The man was brought to the TCC on the evening of September 16 and only left the premises on the evening of September 23. The Ombudsman's Office has launched an investigation into the matter.
