Electricity has been restored in the “Chudo‑city” residential complex in Odesa, after being out since winter, according to reports.
Earlier it was reported that more than 1,600 apartments in the complex had been without centralized power for months. Residents say the return of light feels like a small miracle and note an improvement in living conditions.
