According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, in the village of Priluky, Chernihiv region, a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) employee applied physical force to a man and attempted to force him into a vehicle, aware that there were no legal grounds for his mobilization.

The man sustained a hand injury. Law enforcement officials notified the serviceman of suspicion, and the circumstances are being investigated by the authorities.
