According to presidential adviser Dmitry Litvin, President Volodymyr Zelensky “took aim” at the heads of security structures after a night shooting in Kyiv.
Zelensky demanded that the relevant structures publicly explain the incident’s circumstances and provide information about what happened in the capital at night.
