Video from Odesa shows a woman attempting to intervene in a confrontation between a man and representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC), deploying a pepper spray.
The spray was directed not only at the TCC personnel but also at the man, whom the woman appeared to be trying to defend.
