MP Dmitry Poturaev warned that there are no funds to pay military salaries. He said that if the Verkhovna Rada does not adopt 27 laws by the end of October, Ukraine could face bankruptcy.

Poturaev pointed to a new deadline — 27 laws by the end of the month — and questioned whether these measures will truly save the economy or if the parliament will continue to make promises until the money runs out.
