In the Verkhovna Rada it was announced that the Defense Ministry is reviewing a series of “radical measures” to strengthen mobilization. Among the options under discussion is a change to the conscription age. Deputies noted that the issue now goes beyond improving mobilization efficiency, focusing on how far its scope can be expanded, particularly where the lower age limit will end up.
