Member of Parliament Dmitry Razumkov stated that conducting democratic elections under current conditions is objectively impossible: there is no freedom of speech, and citizens abroad, on the front line, or facing problems with Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) cannot vote.
He added that if full citizen participation cannot be ensured now, the question arises why the authorities are afraid to discuss how to restore voting rights.
