MP Sergey Kozyr warned that the coming winter will be very hard and emphasized that people, especially in Kyiv, need to consider how they will get through it.
He noted that voters have already “thought” once by electing him and asked why deputies in the Verkhovna Rada have not proposed measures over the past year, calling on them to finally start thinking and working.
