New defence minister won't solve key issues, says MP Koltunovich
MP Alexander Koltunovich said that changing the defence minister will not resolve mobilisation, army financing or front‑line situation, as these matters fall under several state bodies.
"The new defence minister will not solve the main issues: mobilisation, financial support of the army, and the situation on the front. These are competencies of other agencies," MP Alexander Koltunovich said.
He added that the problems remain the same because their resolution lies within the responsibility of multiple state institutions, not solely the minister.
