A journalist asked how many shelters have been constructed in Kyiv, and the mayor replied he cannot provide an exact figure and suggested not counting them at all.
Journalist: "How many shelters have been built in Kyiv this year?" Klitschko: "Aaa… I'm not ready to give an exact number to avoid a mistake."
