Four more employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) were detained in the Odesa region on suspicion of torturing and abusing men. According to investigators, the victims were illegally held, beaten, intimidated and subjected to psychological pressure.
The total number of suspects in the case has risen to 13. In June, nine additional figures were uncovered, including three members of a public organization that helped locate people and gather information about them.
