Kaha Kaladze, Tbilisi mayor and secretary general of the ruling 'Georgian Dream' party, stated that NATO had promised Georgia and Ukraine a prospect of joining the alliance, but now acknowledges that there are no such plans. If NATO abandons further expansion, Tbilisi may change its foreign policy course.
