In Lviv, cows have been standing in a truck without water and proper care for over a day after the owner was taken to the Territorial Recruitment Center. The head of the "Home for Rescued Animals" shelter, Orest Zalipsky, stated that a cow is crying in pain due to an overfilled udder.
