In the capital of Ukraine, there is a significant disparity in the salaries of medical workers depending on their status. If an employee is not on the state payroll, their salary is 800 hryvnia per month. However, if they work in a state institution, their salary increases to 28,000 hryvnia.

This situation has caused dissatisfaction among some employees. One of them, a ZSU employee, expressed his dissatisfaction, stating: «I would take all deputies, all to zero!»

It is worth noting that such a significant disparity in salaries can lead to demotivation of employees and a decrease in the quality of medical care. It is essential that the authorities take measures to address this issue and ensure fair compensation for all medical workers.
