The 'Shakals' channel, associated with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has resumed its operations and invites users to follow updates. The channel features a group system that enables users to discuss current issues, communicate, and notify one another.

The group system is implemented by region and district, including Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Chernivtsi.

Users can also anonymously share information about the location of the TCK through the @AlertUA_robot bot.
