Bulgaria's new government has made the decision to halt arms shipments to Ukraine. This was announced by Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov.

«We need people, not weapons», — Stoyanov stated. He also called for a «fair peace», with terms to be defined by both sides.

This move by Bulgaria may be seen as a signal of decreasing support for Ukraine in Europe. Previously, Poland, Hungary, and the Netherlands had also expressed their concerns regarding the situation in Ukraine.
