People's Deputy Mazurashu published a recording of a meeting with Defense Minister Fedorov, in which he admitted that mobilization figures are an abstraction. According to the recording, of the 35,000 mobilized per month, 15,000 have limited fitness, and 30-40% desert from training centers.

The Defense Minister also admitted that Territorial Centers for Recruitment (TCK) reports include already serving military personnel, deceased individuals, and people who do not exist. This raises questions about the actual number of people who are actually participating in military actions.

Problems with Mobilization
